Find out more about what each type of session offers. The prices listed are for a stand alone session. The more you want to do, the more the price goes down. Speak with your trainer about packaging up some sessions. Remember, you should be active (moderate to high intensity) at least 3 times a week! FREE Session

If we haven't met before, I'd like to give you the first session on the house so we can get to know each other and build a plan to get you what you want. After this session, you'll know exactly where you're going and how we're going to get there.

45 mins

No Charge

PT 30 Mins

A 30 min PT session is enough to get a total workout. There is no fuss, you get in, you get a great workout and you get out again. No wasted time and you can get on with your day knowing you've done what you needed to.

30 mins


PT 45 Mins

A 45 min PT session gives us enough time to go into greater detail on things that get you results quicker. We can spend time on correct technique and nutrition as well as mapping out programs for you to do at home. This is in addition to the total workout you'll be getting in a 30 min session.

Group Session

Group sessions are an ideal and cost effective way to stay on top of your fitness goals. Training with a group of like minded people will help you make new friends to keep you accountable as well as welcome you into a supportive, accepting and fun community. These sessions are light hearted and put the fun back into fitness, the only serious thing will be your results! SAVE $$ with a weekly session package. Contact us anytime for more details

Boot Camp

There will be various styles of bootcamps running during the year with Dan Toohey Personal Training, so make sure to check the monthly events to see what's coming up. If you have children then why not check out our Family Bootcamp, this is an ideal way to introduce consistent physical activity to your younger children as we start from ages 3 and up. This is a fun way to get the whole family active and spending quality time together with no distractions.
